Pupil Premium
What is Pupil Premium funding?
Please read the information below which gives details of our Pupil Premium Grant and how we allocate the funding.
Pupil Premium is a government initiative, introduced in 2011, which is intended to improve the outcomes for children and is based upon the number of children entitled to Free School Meals. At Hazel Community Primary School, we strategically use the Pupil Premium money to ensure that children are given every opportunity to succeed.
The documents below give a clear and detailed overview of how the school has allocated this money for the upcoming year and previous years to help raise standards and outcomes for our children.A link to the DFE website can be found here: Pupil Premium - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
